Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://pomonareglazing.com (the "Site") and the reglazing and refinishing services provided by Pomona Reglazing ("we", "us"). By using the Site or booking our services you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided by phone, text, email or the Site are based on the information and photos you give us and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If the condition, size or material of the surface differs materially from what was described, we may revise the price before work begins. You are never obligated to proceed.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide access to the work area at the scheduled time, to remove personal items from the bathroom or kitchen, and to disclose any prior coatings, repairs or known damage. We may reschedule if conditions such as inadequate ventilation, running water leaks or unsafe access prevent proper work.

Our warranty

We provide a written 2-year limited warranty on reglazed bathtubs, showers, fiberglass enclosures, bathroom sinks, tile walls, tile floors and countertops, and a 6-month limited warranty on kitchen sinks, in each case against peeling, bubbling and bonding failure caused by our workmanship or materials.

• The warranty applies to the original customer at the original address and is not transferable unless agreed in writing.
• It does not cover damage from abrasive cleaners, bleach-based or acidic products, suction-cup mats, dropped objects, plumbing leaks, structural movement, misuse, neglect or normal wear.
• It does not cover surfaces used before the stated cure time.
• Our sole obligation is to repair or refinish the affected area at no charge. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Care instructions are provided with every job. Following them is a condition of the warranty.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Deposits, where required, are stated on your quote. Returned payments and overdue balances may incur fees permitted by law.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations after our technician has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee.

Use of the Site

The Site and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or misuse the content or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation. Photos on the Site may include stock or representative images.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the Site, including cost ranges and savings estimates, is general and for illustration only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
